Often homeowners simply pick “someone they like” or “go with the flow” when it comes to choosing a listing agent to sell their home.

This makes me think that homeowners are rolling their dice when it comes to the success of their home sales.  After spending extensive amounts of time polling homeowners and learning why they pick the listing agent they do, I realized they don’t have any guidelines to help them understand how to do that. Homeowners don’t have the right set of questions to screen these listing agents.  As such, I wrote a presentation on how to select the right listing agent.
